Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Executive Club (the “App”), operated by Ataforge Inc. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The App is an invitation-style network for verified executives. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. We may require verification (corporate email, LinkedIn, public references) and may approve, reject, or revoke membership at our discretion.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Sign up with your corporate email; free webmail addresses are not accepted. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Executive Club offers an optional Pro subscription (monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime).
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: impersonate others or provide false information; harass, threaten, or spam members; post unlawful, infringing, or sexually explicit content; scrape or misuse the service; attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or the free-messaging limits; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Ataforge Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate the App. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Messaging Limits

Free members may send a limited number of messages per day. Pro members enjoy unlimited messaging. Limits are enforced server-side and may change.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and trademarks are owned by Ataforge Inc. Except for your own content, nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect members and the platform. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member-provided information or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ataforge Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ataforge Inc from claims arising out of your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version.
